Finally Here! Off to Mt. Shasta on June 16th!

I am spending the last weekend before we leave for Mt. Shasta labeling gear, packing my bags.  I just bought a new 'point and shoot' camera for the trip and will document the adventure here.  So many of you have been generous donors and supporters and I wish I could take you all up the mountain with me, of course. But this will have to suffice!  I hope you'll find it at least as interesting as your morning dose of Facebook or the NYTimes online.

You can also keep abreast of the climb at the Breast Cancer Fund blog, www.insideprevention.com.  I'm not sure when they will start following the climb.  Our days on the mountain will be June 21-23, but we will all arrive in Shasta on June 19th and festivities end on June 25.

 Once I figure out the new camera, I'll post again.  I am so excited and feel so honored to have you all to thank for this once in a life time experience.  Your donations get us one step closer to ending breast cancer by supporting the Breast Cancer Fund's mission to identify and eradicate environmental causes of the disease.
